Creating Opportunities for Producers
We work with small, independent family businesses and artisan workshops in Peru, building long-term relationships that provide stable incomes and support self-sufficiency.
Open & Transparent Trading
We believe in honesty and respect throughout our supply chain. This means:
- Paying at least 50% upfront for orders
- Ensuring prompt, full payment on delivery
- Maintaining open communication and fair agreements with our partners

No Child or Forced Labour
We strictly follow the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and ensure there is no forced labour in our workforce.

Safe & Healthy Working Conditions
We regularly check that:
- Workshops meet national and local health and safety standards
- Working hours comply with International Labour Organisation conventions
- All artisans have safe, well-lit, and comfortable environments
Protecting the Environment
We source alpaca fleece from sustainably managed herds and aim to reduce environmental impact at every step:
- Using recyclable and biodegradable packaging
- Shipping by sea whenever possible
- Buying locally to reduce transport emissions
Capacity Building

- Training in production skills and business management
