How quickly will my order ship?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. UK deliveries usually arrive within 3–5 working days, and international shipping times vary by location.

Do you offer international delivery?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Can I track my order?
Yes — once your teddy has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the teddy is unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition. Personalised items can only be returned if faulty.

Care & Maintenance

How do I clean my Alpaca Teddy?

Do not wash with soap or dry clean.
Wipe gently with a damp, white muslin cloth.
If wet, blot with a towel and leave to dry naturally (away from direct heat).
Fluff once dry by shaking gently or using a cold hairdryer.

How should I store my teddy?
Keep in a breathable bag with cedar wood to deter moths and a lavender sachet to keep it fresh.

Are Alpaca Teddies safe for newborns?
Yes — our Baby-Safe Bears are specially designed for newborns, made with hypoallergenic fleece and without small parts. Other collections are recommended for ages 3+.

Are Alpaca Teddies hypoallergenic?
Yes — alpaca fleece contains no lanolin, making it naturally hypoallergenic and ideal for sensitive skin.

Every teddy is handmade by artisans in Peru, blending traditional craftsmanship with timeless British design.

Is the fleece ethically sourced?
Yes — we only use fleece from alpacas that have passed away naturally during harsh Andean winters, supporting local farmers and ensuring no harm is caused.
